I.
Welcome – Jenny welcomed everyone to the event.

Minutes – from previous meetings are posted on the vboda website.
III.
District Band Audition report – Gordon Rawls forwarded $3,699.34 to
this weekend. 11,046 students participated in the auditions. The fee
will need to increase by $1.00 (from $5.00 current to $6.00) due to
Chesterfield Co. charging for custodial services. Don Davis reported that all was going very well so far this weekend. Don suggest that directors clearly note on the registration forms those students who play multiple instruments and that every one double checks the official lists to make sure that the student and school match. Jenny thanked Don for his hard works and his terrific band parents for the wonderful spread of food for the directors this weekend. It was great!
